And because we walk the talk, we have 7 super tips to help you enjoy the best of both worlds.

Give yourself SOME time out

The average entrepreneur spends more time with his gadgets than with 3 of his closest friends. This is so not cool. Once in a while, try to zone out and spend quality time doing healthy activities like…going on an outing with loved ones, hitting the gym or the pool for that swimming you’ve been planning to do for a long time now: the list is endless. You could set out to block a particular day on your calendar as a ‘no BBM’ or ‘GOOGLE’ day. Yes there will be emergencies but think of how many times you have told yourself this and of the benefits you will get from it.

Instead of 5 instant messaging platforms on your device. You can stick with 2 at most and still not miss out on any action.

Go for group trainings. You know it can be quite cool to go for a morning jog with a fellow busy professional….Super! It will be a catalyst to closing a deal or cementing a long term business partnership. Have you tried scheduling your meeting outside the office before? Why not fix your next meeting at the gym during your work out session? It’s a pretty good way to make productive use of your time while you achieve more fitness. That’d definitely be a quick win.
